GoFit Ultimate ProGym with DVD
If you don't like to work out with bulky weights, you want to add variety to your workout, or you need a traveling work-out option, you can't beat the flexibility and portability provided by the GoFit Ultimate ProGym.

The GoFit ProGym excels because it comes with two handles that can accomodate any combination of three resistance bands.  The bands come in 5, 10 and 15 lb tension increments.  A clipping mechanism on the handles makes it easy to swap out the bands.  You can even combine the resistance bands to make your workout even harder.

The GoFit ProGym also includes two ankle straps and a door anchor to ensure that you're able to perform a full range of exercises that benefit your upper and lower body. On top of that, there's a training DVD and a nylon bag you can use to carry your ProGym on the fly.

I use my GoFit ProGym on a regular basis and have never had a problem with the mechanism that connects the handles and bands.  Tension on the connector between the handles and bands when exercising keeps them safely in place.  That said, it's always a good idea to inspect all workout equipment for fatigue before you use it.

The GoFit ProGym provides an effective, flexible, portable and affordable exercise option to any workout regimen.
My GoFit Ultimate ProGym provides an excellent resistance workout option whether I'm at home or on the go.  The bands -- in 5, 10 and 15 pound tension increments -- can be attached to the handles in any combination that meets your ability and fitness objectives.  The kit also includes a nylon carrying case, ankle straps and door anchor.  There's even a workout DVD to help get you started.
I've never had a problem with the connector mechanism that attaches handles and bands.  But, as with all workout equipment, it's a good idea to check them for fatigue before using them.
