Dynaflex Sports
Massage Roller
Some sports injuries require medical attention.  Most don't.  For simple muscle pulls, strains, aches and pains, I use my Dynaflex Sports Massage Roller.

The blissfully low-tech Dynaflex Sports Massage Roller consists of a smooth plastic ball that rolls freely in an easy-to-hold plastic base.  Rolling the ball on the achy muscle massages and relaxes the tissue while increasing blood flow.  Pressing the ball firmly down on knotty muscles has the same effect.

I used my Dynaflex roller to loosen muscles that were contributing to plantars fascitis in my left heel.  Over time, the therapy and rest worked, and I'm now running pain free.

The Dynaflex Sports Massage Roller requires no electrity, so it can be used anywhere.  And its small size means you can take it with you when you travel.

Relief is just a roll away.
The Dynaflex Sports Massage Roller provides low-tech relief to sore muscles.  The fact that it's small and doesn't need electricity means it can go anywhere you need it.
The ergonomically designed base is easy to grip while you roll the ball over the sore area.
